How we handle your data

The short version: Chalu runs in your browser, and nothing leaves this site unless you choose to send it.

Chatting with Chalu

Everything you type stays in your browser. If Chalu can't answer, he asks before sending the question to us, with any email address or phone number stripped out.

A thumbs up or down sends us only which reply you rated.

Sending us your details

A form sends your name, contact details and message to us through Netlify, our form provider, so one of us can reply.

We use them only for that, and for the work if you hire us. We don't sell them or pass them on.

The calculator

Your numbers stay in your browser. They leave only if you share a link (the numbers are in the link) or choose to send them to us.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your details only as long as we need them to reply or to work together. If you want them deleted, email us from the contact page.

The law

We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and treat visitors from the UK and EU the way the GDPR expects. In practice we collect very little, and delete it when you ask.
