Automation for small businesses and startups
For the jobs someone on your team does by hand every day, like retyping orders into the CRM or chasing the quotes nobody replied to.

The short version
We automate the repetitive work in a small business, like first replies, lead follow-ups, CRM updates, quotes and the weekly report. It runs inside the Gmail, Sheets, WhatsApp and CRM you already use.
- Who it's for
- Small businesses and startups where someone, often the owner, spends hours a week copying between tools and chasing replies.
- What you get
- Workflows that run on their own, on accounts in your name, with docs your team can follow and someone to call when a tool changes.
- How it's priced
- A fixed quote after the call, paid in milestones. Any tool subscription goes on your own account, paid to the provider, not us.

Watch one enquiry run itself
Pick a sample enquiry and watch what comes out at each of the four steps.
Every automation we build reads the message, works out what it is, decides what happens under your rules, then does it. The samples are made up; the steps are the ones we build.
What we automate
Enquiry triage
Enquiries from email, forms and WhatsApp land in one place, get sorted, and get a first reply in seconds.
Lead follow-up
Follow-ups go out on the day they're due, and anyone who replies is taken out of the sequence.
CRM updates
Names, numbers and what they asked for go from the email or form into the CRM without retyping.
Quote drafts
Quotes drafted from your template and your rates, waiting for you to check and send.
Invoice data entry
Invoices and purchase orders read, checked against the order, and typed into your accounting tool or sheet.
Weekly reports
The numbers someone pulls together every week, compiled and sent without them.
Email
Confirmations, reminders, and the order update that currently waits until someone remembers.
Why does replying fast matter?
An enquiry sent at nine on a Sunday night usually gets answered on Monday, after the customer has rung two others. An automation replies in seconds and puts it in front of the right person.
In Harvard Business Review's study of 2,241 US companies, those replying to a lead within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to reach a decision maker as those replying in the second hour.
Which tools can you connect?
Gmail, Outlook, Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, website forms, CRMs, calendars, payment links and accounting software. If a tool has a way in, like an API, a webhook or an inbox, we can usually connect it.
We start with what you already pay for, and suggest something new only when the plan shows it saves more than it costs.
AI, or plain automation?
Most automations need no AI: a form comes in, a row goes into a sheet. AI is for the step that needs reading first, like pulling order details out of a rambling email.
Rules are cheaper and easier to trust, so we reach for them first.
When isn't it worth automating?
A ten-minute weekly task costs more to automate than it saves, and a process that changes every month isn't ready yet. If the calculator finds a small leak, it hands you fixes to do yourself.
We've built things that got switched off, so now we ask first.
How an automation project runs
Map
A 30-minute call to find the task that costs you most, then a written plan and a fixed quote within two working days.
Build
We build the workflow and send a short recorded demo of it running every week. Reply with what's wrong.
Connect
Wired into your tools and run on last week's messages before it goes live.
Hand over
Notes your team can follow, a walkthrough of where to look when something stops, and 30 days of free fixes after launch.
Questions we get asked
What can't be automated?
Anything where the right answer depends on who's asking. Our rule: if a message could make someone angry, a person sends it.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not: Gmail, Sheets and a WhatsApp number cover a lot, and most CRMs have a way in. If we suggest something new, the plan shows its cost, and the account is yours.
What happens when one of my tools changes?
The workflow may break, and we fix it, free for the first 30 days after launch. After that the optional care plan watches and repairs your automations, or you call us when one stops.
Will automation replace my staff?
No, it takes over the retyping and chasing nobody will miss. We do ask that your team knows what's automated, because an automation nobody understands gets blamed for everything.
How do I know what to automate first?
Start with the job that costs the most time or loses the most enquiries. The calculator ranks them roughly from your own numbers, and we go through it with you on the call.
Where to next
Tell us which jobs are done by hand
Send us the two or three jobs your team groans about. They're usually the right place to start, and if not, that's worth knowing before anyone pays for anything.
