Let's talk

AI implementation for small businesses, starting where it pays

One useful thing working first, then the next. No strategy deck before anything works.

An elderly tailor with a white beard bends over his sewing machine in a cluttered workroom in Kolkata, with a blue plastic drum and bucket in front and a wall calendar above.

The short version

AI for small business owners who suspect it could save time but can't say where. We pick one workflow that pays, build it in your existing tools, and use plain automation where AI isn't needed.

Who it's for
Owners and founders who keep hearing about AI and want to know what, specifically, it could and couldn't do in their business.
What you get
One working AI or automation project, picked because it pays for itself, with docs and training so your team runs it without us.
How it's priced
A fixed quote after the call, paid in milestones, with no retainer. Care after launch is optional and monthly, and you can stop it.

Why start with one workflow?

Most companies trying AI haven't got much from it yet, often because they started too wide. We start with one job costing you hours this week, get it working, then look at the next.

In a 2024 survey of 1,000 senior executives, BCG found that 74% of companies had yet to see tangible value from their use of AI.

How it runs, start to finish

How a project runs: a call, a written plan with a fixed quote, a short demo every week so nothing comes as a surprise, the hand-over, and care afterwards if you'd like it.

It starts with the calculator or a 30-minute call. Within two working days of the call you get a written plan and fixed quote for the workflow that costs most and is simplest to fix.

We build it in your tools with a weekly recorded demo, then hand over with a walkthrough, notes and 30 days of free fixes.

What implementation includes

  • Process mapping

Writing down how the work happens today, including the bits in someone's head, before touching any tool.

  • Tool choice

The simplest tool that does the job. Often it's a spreadsheet.

  • Setup

Building and connecting it, then running it on last month's invoices or enquiries before anyone relies on it.

  • Data and privacy

AI tools get only what the task needs, accounts stay in your name, and we ask for consent where people's details are involved.

  • Team training

A walkthrough and short written notes, so your team can fix small things without ringing us.

  • Measuring

Agreeing the number before we build, like hours saved or replies sent, and checking it after launch.

Typical first projects

  • An AI assistant

Answers customer questions from your own information, on your website or WhatsApp.

    AI assistants
  • Enquiry triage

Every enquiry read, sorted, and answered or passed to the right person in seconds.

    Automation
  • Document extraction

Invoices, purchase orders and forms read automatically, with the details typed where they belong.

  • Reporting

A weekly summary of sales, leads and follow-ups that arrives on the same morning without anyone compiling it.

What we won't do

If a spreadsheet does the job, you get a spreadsheet, not a subscription.

We don't promise savings, because they depend on your team using what we build. And any assistant we make tells customers it's a bot.

Questions we get asked

Do I need an AI strategy first?

No, one problem that's clearly costing you something is enough to start. Fix that, see what it did, and the second project usually names itself.

Which AI tools do you use?

It depends on the job: sometimes a large language model, often a plain rule with no AI, and the plan says which. Either way the account is yours, so it keeps running without us.

Will my team have to learn new software?

Mostly not, because the automation shows up inside Gmail, Sheets or your CRM as a new row or a drafted reply. The hand-over includes a walkthrough and notes for whoever uses it day to day.

Is our data safe with AI tools?

The AI provider sees only what the task needs, on business tiers whose terms say your data isn't used for training. If a step would need something we're not comfortable sending, that step stays manual.

How will we know if it worked?

You'll have agreed the number before we build, usually hours saved, counted by asking the person who used to do the job. If it isn't moving, that's the first item in the next demo.
